Rihanna has suddenly released a new song featuring Paul McCartney and Kanye West. The 'Diamonds' singer released her new track, entitled 'FourFiveSeconds' on Saturday (24th January). West appeared at the iHeartRadio Summit on Wednesday (21st January) and used the opportunity to debut the new track. West performs vocals with Rihanna and McCartney provides acoustics for 'FourFiveSeconds'. The event was primarily for those working within radio but the trio's song is now available online.

Although West has a pre-existing relationship with McCartney, as the two have previously worked together on 'Only One', it is uncertain if 'FourFiveSeconds' belongs to West or Rihanna. As Time reports, West made the announcement and producer Ty Dolla $ign claims 'FourFiveSeconds' is intended for West's next album. However, Rihanna used Twitter to announce the new track which primarily features her vocals.

Rihanna has released a collaboration with Kanye West and Paul McCartney, called Four Five Seconds.

It's been almost a year since the 26-year-old released her last single.
McCartney is one of the most celebrated artists of the 20th century, selling over 100 millions albums worldwide, as part of the Beatles, Wings and as a solo artist in his own right.
West has previously collaborated with both Rihanna and McCartney, though never before as a trio.
Four Five Seconds is a move away from Rihanna and West's previous work together on All of the Lights (from West's album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy) and Run This Town, where the pair teamed up with Jay Z.
This time the track is a slower, acoustic guitar-driven number.
West played a snippet of Four Five Seconds to industry experts at the iHeartMedia music summit on Wednesday.

Rihanna goes acoustic with Paul McCartney

Rihanna, who has topped the charts with a pop-driven R&B sound, has unveiled a new acoustic song in a collaboration with Beatles legend Paul McCartney.

Rihanna unexpectedly late Saturday released the new single, "FourFiveSeconds," which features the Barbados-born singer's signature robust voice but has a minimal backdrop of McCartney's guitar strumming without percussion or electronic elements. The song also features verses sung by rapper Kanye West.

The track is the latest collaboration between West and McCartney, who unexpectedly released a song on New Year's Day after the two stars met each other in Los Angeles.

"FourFiveSeconds" is a song about personal travails and confusion, with Rihanna singing, "We got three more days 'til Friday / I'm just trying to make it back home by Monday morning."

The song could offer hints at the directions of both Rihanna and West, who are separately expected to unveil new albums this year.

Rihanna, who has released seven studio albums, has become an international superstar with electronic-dominated songs such as the ballad "Diamonds" and the danceable "Only Girl (In The World)."

What better way to celebrate the weekend than with a brand-new Rihanna song?
On Saturday afternoon, the 26-year-old singer dropped the latest track from her upcoming eighth studio album featuring the talents of Kanye West and Paul McCartney. With an excited tweet – "FIRST GLANCE AT MY NEW MUSIC!!!" – Rihanna directed her fans to iTunes to check out the new song.
Titled "FourFiveSeconds," the bare-bones tune clocks in at a little over three minutes and is a slight departure for the Barbados beauty.
McCartney accompanies on guitar, while Rih Rih sings verses like "I think I've had enough, I might get a little drunk/I say what's on my mind, I might do a little time/Cause all of my kindness, is taken for weakness." Rihanna for New York show?

Rihanna is planning a huge New York concert.
The 26-year-old singer is gearing up to release her eighth studio album and is reportedly in talks to perform in an enormous show which could shut down one of the city's busiest neighbourhoods for four days.
The NBA All-Star Weekend concert is being organised by Jay Z's company Roc Nation and although no deal between the pop sensation and the company has yet been reached, the Bajan beauty is believed to be keen to sing some of the new tracks from her upcoming album, tentatively titled 'R8'.
The performance will be held in the Flatiron Pedestrian Plaza, and local communities have been advised to prepare for the closure of major streets throughout the city, including Broadway, from February 10 to 13 due to the huge demand the 'We Found Love' hitmaker is expected to attract.
Last month, Rihanna and Jay Z held talks in Roc Nation's head office in New York where they were believed to be speaking about her LP - on which she has worked with Kiesza, Sia and Florence Welch - which is expected to be released later this year.
However, Rihanna - whose last album, 'Unapologetic', was released in 2012 - has been secretive about the record and has not officially announced any information about it.
Attempting to squash speculation about her forthcoming activities, she previously posted on Twitter: ''ANY news about #R8 will be delivered directly from me!!!! (sic)''

Is Rihanna sampling Florence track for new album?

Rihanna appears to be sampling a Florence + The Machine track for her new album, according to details registered about an upcoming song.

The Diamonds singer has registered a song called A Night, which lists herself and Florence Welch, Paul Epworth and Christian Keyon Jr Boggs as writers, according to Popjustice.

There has been speculation that it could be a reworking of the Florence + The Machine song Only If For A Night from the 2012 album Ceremonials, but it isn’t clear whether Florence’s vocals will be sampled or if Rihanna will sing the lyrics herself.

Rihanna’s last album, Unapologetic, came out in 2012 and she has yet to announce the release of her next one which will be her eighth studio album.
Florence + The Machine are expected to put out a third release later this year as they have confirmed festival appearances including Coachella in April.

It has been a while since Rihanna released a new album. The last one dates back to 2012 and that was the album "Unapologetic." RiRi fans have been anticipating something new from the artist and not just being featured in another artist's song. So, will 2015 be the big year? 

Rumors are going around that Rihanna will in fact be releasing her eighth album this year, and word is that the album will be titled "R8." According to Paper Mag, RiRi's new album will also have several collaborations with the best artists out there, including Ty Dollar $ign, Kieza and DJ Mustard. 

Another successful artist suspected to be on the album is Sam Smith. Apparently, Smith is very excited about the album and said that there are things he knows about it that no one doesn't. Immediately, fans speculated that he will be singing a tune in "R8." 

Meanwhile, a demo from Rihanna leaked online. It is titled "World Peace" and is believed to be a part of the new album. It has that same vibe as the usual Rihanna songs, so that is a possibility. Further, teaser tunes have been uploaded in RiRi's Instagram account, too. Could this and this be included in her new collection? 

There's still no definite word as to when Rihanna will officially launch her much anticipated album. However, the Super Bowl kickoff may be the date. The singer is actually rumored to be performing alongside pal Katy Perry.

During a TV interview with ET, Perry dished a few details about her 12-minute half-time performance.

"I have a couple of tricks up my sleeve, but I can't tell you everything. I'm gonna let people just think about it," she said. She then added, "Let's just say female empowerment."

Rihanna Designs Bag For Fendi Charity Auction: 'Diamonds' Singer To Unveil New Project Amid 'R8' Release Rumors

Rihanna may be keeping fans on edge as rumors swirl regarding the Barbadian beauty's eighth studio album, allegedly titled "R8," however, the "Diamonds" singer took on another project for 2015 as she teamed up with fashion brand Fendi to design an exclusive bag to be auctioned off for charity, Daily Mail reports.

The singer, in addition to "Sex and the City" actress Sarah Jessica Parker, The Man Repeller's Leandra Medine, comedienne Rachel Feinstein and model Jourdan Dunn have teamed up with the luxury Italian label to design their own personalized 3Baguette handbag with proceeds being donated to charities of the star's choice.
The bags will be unveiled during Karl Lagerfeld's cocktail party at Fendi's new flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York on February 13. The bags will be displayed for one month.
The auction will be available online at the end of January at launch3baugetteauction.fendi.com.
Rihanna has chosen her own personal charity, The Clara Lionel Foundation, while Dunn selected The Sickle Cell Disease Association of America and Medine supports the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
Feinstein's proceeds will be donated to the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center while Parker's design will go to The Brain Trauma Foundation.

Met Gala to celebrate China this spring

Combining fashion and film, the spring exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute will be "China: Through the Looking Glass," the museum said Thursday during a preview in Beijing.
The show will run from May 7 to Aug. 16 in the Met's Chinese Galleries and in the Anna Wintour Costume Center. It will feature more than 130 fashions juxtaposed with traditional Chinese art pieces in jade, lacquer and porcelain.
In addition, a montage of film clips curated by the Chinese filmmaker Wong Kar Wai will speak to influence of cinema on fashion in the West, according to a museum statement released after several pieces were displayed at the Palace Museum in the Forbidden City.
Among the pieces shown in Beijing were a blue-and-white, porcelain-inspired dress created by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel in 1984 and a look Tom Ford designed for his last collection at Yves Saint Laurent in 2004, influenced by the last Chinese Emperor Puyi's dragon robe.
The Costume Institute's star-studded annual benefit May 4 will celebrate the exhibition's opening. Fashion tycoon Silas Chou will serve as honorary chair. The co-chairs will be Jennifer Lawrence, Gong Li, Marissa Mayer, Wendi Murdoch and Wintour.

After spending a week straight wearing nothing more than bikinis, Rihanna left sunny Barbados for the sub-zero temperatures of New York City. (As someone whose fingers are nearly too frozen to type, this was a bewildering move on Rihanna's part. Hey, we all make mistakes.)

For her reentry into winter weather, she bundled up — well, kind of — in an oversized chunky knit by Chalayan. Despite the sweater's size (notably cumbersome) and shape (or lack thereof), she managed to make it look straight-up sleek. But, it was the strappy Manolo Blahnik sandals that really made it memorable. We just wouldn't suggest this move if it's completely frigid out there, though. Rihanna to buy $10 million Barbados home - report

RIHANNA is reportedly in negotiations to buy a $10 million home in her native Barbados.
The Umbrella hitmaker is said to have placed an offer on the luxury property after renting it last month (Dec14).
